Dirkie Odendal, the inspiration for this brand, was born prematurely and was classified with Aphasia i.e. loss of hearing and speech. At age 8 he was classified as a surrealistic line calligraphy artist. His drawings was both artistic and inspiring. He was sharing the way he sees the world through his drawings. Mind Prints was created as a platform where his work could be brought to life. Dirkie passed away 26 June 2021 but his drawings will live on in Mind Prints forever.

The creative of this collection is the illustrations of his incredible heart and mind and Lucia took a few of his drawings and turned them into an exquisite print that you see in this range.
